AI Content Policy

Our AI readers provide clearly labelled tarot and astrology reflections. They are fictional AI presenters, not live human readers. AI readings are for entertainment and personal reflection, not guaranteed predictions or professional advice.

Content we do not allow

Customers must not use AI readings or follow-up questions to request, create, share, or promote:

• Deepfakes, impersonation, or use of a real person's image, likeness, or voice without documented consent.
• Underage content or scenarios, including subjects in diapers.
• Non-consensual sexual content or scenarios, including a sleeping person.
• Incest content or scenarios.
• Sexual watersports content or scenarios.
• Violence, abduction, snuff, or fantasy snuff content or scenarios.
• Bestiality or animal cruelty content or scenarios.
• Sexual activity under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or hypnosis.
• Prostitution or escorting content or scenarios.
• Polygamy content or scenarios.
• Instructions for illegal activity or illegal plotting.
• Direct medical, legal, financial, investment, gambling, or handicapping advice.
• Hate speech.
• Copyrighted words, images, designs, or other material used without the necessary rights or permission.
• Guaranteed future outcomes or claims of supernatural certainty.

How requests are handled

We screen submitted questions and generated text against these rules. A request or answer flagged by our controls is blocked from delivery. A blocked reading does not use the customer's reading allowance. We record moderation events for restricted staff review and may restrict or close accounts after review of repeated or serious violations. We will escalate matters to the appropriate authorities where legally required.

Images, likenesses, and age

Customers cannot upload a person's image to create an AI reader through the reading request flow. Any real person whose likeness or voice is proposed for site content must complete performer registration, required paperwork and identity and age verification before that likeness appears on the site. We require explicit permission for the intended use and retain applicable records.

Report a concern or request removal

Email support@tarotandastrology.com with the page or reading URL, a description of the concern, and any information that helps us locate the material. We review reports, remove or restrict material that violates this policy, and investigate the associated account. Please do not include sensitive identity documents in ordinary email; we will arrange a secure transfer if needed.

Copyright and DMCA notices

Rights holders may send copyright or DMCA removal notices to support@tarotandastrology.com. Include your contact information, identification of the protected work, the exact URL of the material, why you believe the use is unauthorized, a statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith, and your physical or electronic signature. We review complete notices and remove or restrict material when warranted. If material was removed in error, contact the same address with the URL and the basis for your objection.

For an urgent safety concern, use the same support address with “Urgent AI content concern” in the subject.
