Where do I find Tarot, Astrology and Horoscope?
Sign in and choose AI Readings from the customer menu. Use the Tarot, Astrology or Horoscope tab. Active memberships unlock their included services. Approved test accounts can preview tiers without purchasing or changing a membership.
How do daily allowances work?
Daily allowances reset at midnight Pacific (America/Vancouver). Unused daily readings do not roll over. Silver has one audio reading per category per Pacific day. Gold has ten audio readings shared across the three categories per Pacific day. An audio reading and its written version count as one audio reading. Silver has no video option. Silver audio horoscopes use the daily Horoscope audio allowance; Gold audio horoscopes use one shared daily audio slot. Gold includes one avatar video per day for each of Tarot, Astrology and Horoscope. Bronze and Silver each have one written Tarot, one written Astrology, and one written Horoscope result per Pacific day; Gold standard text requests are unlimited. One active request at a time and at least ten seconds between new requests. Automated abuse is not allowed. Each Gold daily video has one linked follow-up question within seven days of delivery, with an audio reply or optional avatar video reply. Each Silver audio reading has one linked written follow-up in the same window. Failed generation releases its allowance.
Can I download my reading? What if my membership ends?
Bronze readings can be viewed in the library but are not downloadable. Silver and Gold can download the written version. Silver audio recordings remain available for 30 days, Gold audio recordings for 180 days, and avatar video recordings for 30 days from delivery, with exact expiry dates shown beside each file. After membership ends, an active signed-in account can still download its previously delivered recordings until those deadlines. Files you have already downloaded stay on your device.
Is astrology personalization required?
No birth details are required for tarot, reflective guidance or general Sun-sign astrology. A general horoscope is not a personal natal chart. Previously delivered weekly Gold readings and their eligible follow-ups remain in your library.
Are these human reader sessions?
AI readings are generated spiritual reflections, not live human sessions or guaranteed predictions. Human-reader appointments are booked and paid separately through the existing site services.
When can I enroll in Silver or Gold?
Silver is listed at $9.99 US and Gold at $19.99 US every 30 days, recurring. Online enrollment is pending payment-configuration verification. No paid membership begins from viewing a plan. When enrollment opens, included benefits activate only after server-side payment verification. Membership payments remain separate from live-reader credits.
How do I cancel or switch Silver and Gold?
Manage auto-renewal through CCBill Consumer Support. Cancelling renewal keeps your included benefits until the paid period ends. To change plans, cancel renewal first, wait until your paid benefits end, then choose the new plan from AI Readings. Immediate prorated plan changes are not offered at launch. Prices are in US dollars and renew every 30 days, rather than each calendar month.
