Reader Manager (5%) Responsibilities
Reader Manager is the 5% role and receives 5% of the total sales of the reader or readers they manage, where applicable.
Expected duties include:
- Have and maintain at least 3 working readers monthly. The Reader Manager may also be included as one of the working readers.
- Provide reader support, including camera quality, sound, system settings, background, lighting, and camera angle guidance.
- Help readers get online and stay active where possible through basic onboarding guidance, scheduling encouragement, and practical support.
- Monitor the free chat rooms of managed readers for abusive or disrespectful clients, and help direct clients who may need support to the support desk.
- Support blue check mark verification and reader approval processes where authorized by the site.
- Do not make false promises and do not collect customer payments outside the approved TarotAndAstrology website systems.
Studio Manager (10%) Responsibilities
Studio Manager is the 10% role, has the same basic reader-support duties as Reader Manager, and may provide studio space, equipment, onboarding, or operational support.
Expected terms include:
- Studio Manager receives 10% where applicable and is responsible for reader pay where applicable.
- Reader may not be paid less than the 50% minimum payout target guaranteed by the site.
- Private studio contracts, equipment rental, studio space, deductions, and other arrangements are outside the TarotAndAstrology website/program.
- During disputes, reader pay may be directed to the reader, and the studio continues only as Reader Manager until the issue is resolved.
- Do not collect customer payments outside the approved TarotAndAstrology website systems.
- Do not interfere with site billing, customer accounts, support investigations, or compliance reviews.
