Q: Do I need a cam to talk to the readers in a chat room?
It is not necessary to have a cam just for talking. However if you do have it you may interact with the reader for a better experience.

Use the "reset password" form. Use the email you wrote in the field during the registration and you will get the information sent to your e-mail address.
Q: I want to get a Private Reading but the system says I have no credits in my account. How can I add credits?

Sign in and choose AI Readings from the customer menu. Use the Tarot, Astrology or Horoscope tab. Active memberships unlock their included services. Approved test accounts can preview tiers without purchasing or changing a membership.
Daily allowances reset at midnight Pacific (America/Vancouver). Unused daily readings do not roll over. Silver and Gold have separate audio allowances; an audio reading and its written version count as one audio reading. Standard text requests are unlimited for paid members, with one active request at a time and at least ten seconds between new requests. Automated abuse is not allowed. Gold's weekly video resets on Monday at midnight Pacific and is separate from daily readings. Failed generation releases its allowance.
You can download the written version. Audio recordings remain available for 180 days and video recordings for 90 days from delivery, with exact expiry dates shown beside each file. After membership ends, an active signed-in account can still download its previously delivered recordings until those deadlines. Files you have already downloaded stay on your device.
No birth details are required for tarot, reflective guidance or general Sun-sign astrology. The Gold weekly video's optional birth-chart choice requires your consent, birth date and a verified birthplace. Birth time is optional. A general horoscope is not a personal natal chart.
AI readings are generated spiritual reflections, not live human sessions or guaranteed predictions. Human-reader appointments are booked and paid separately through the existing site services.
Sign in, open AI Readings and choose Explore upgrades to subscribe securely through CCBill. Silver is US$9.99 and Gold is US$19.99 every 30 days, automatically recurring until cancelled. Payment is separate from wallet credits. Included benefits activate only after the server verifies payment. Manage or cancel auto-renewal through CCBill Consumer Support.
Manage auto-renewal through CCBill Consumer Support. Cancelling renewal keeps your included benefits until the paid period ends. To change plans, cancel renewal first, wait until your paid benefits end, then choose the new plan from AI Readings. Immediate prorated plan changes are not offered at launch. Q: Do I need a webcam to become a reader on the site?
Yes you will need a webcam or phone with a webcam as well as an internet connection. For complete details regarding setting up your system please refer to our Reader "How to" documents located on the Reader profile page.
Q: I would like to register on the site as a reader How can I do that?
Please fill in the registration form, then fill in the fields of your profile, upload your headshot and any other promotional pictures and finish the registration.
Readers complete an ID, selfie and age check with Didit or Stripe Identity. One approved check marks Identity Verification complete; finish the other required registration steps before starting as a reader.

Q: Can I use OBS and WebRTC/browser camera at the same time?
No. Please use only one broadcast method at a time.
If you are broadcasting with OBS/RTMP, OBS may take control of your camera or video source. In that case, the browser/WebRTC camera option may appear offline or unavailable. This is expected.
If you want to broadcast directly from your browser using WebRTC, close OBS or make sure OBS is not using the same camera/video source, then refresh the broadcast page and start the browser camera broadcast.

All packages require an approved reader profile. Every generated draft can be manually corrected and reviewed before approval. Promotional video allowance is separate from reading-video minutes; the introductory video is separate from recurring ads. Paid enrollment is available to approved readers through CCBill checkout. Your package activates after payment verification. Platinum website and email setup is arranged by our team after activation.
Generate a tarot, general astrology or reflective-guidance draft, make corrections, and create included audio/video. Review and approve the package before making a private delivery link for an existing registered customer. This workspace does not calculate personal natal charts.
Enter the promotion, choose a voice and platform, review the script, and generate a branded still image, audio message or included avatar video. After approval, download the files for your social account. Automatic posting, bulk marketing email, custom website development and paid advertising spend are not included.
Successful generations and replacements use package allowances; failed generations release them. Manual text corrections use no AI allowance. Weekly and daily advertising slots use rolling windows and do not accumulate. Customer reading jobs receive processing priority. Q: I want to register on your site as a Reader manager. How can I do this?
Do you have Readers that you would like to register and manage on our web site or your own web site. Please apply and fill out the registration form as a Studio on the Studio manager page located at the bottom of the home page.
The account of each manager will be checked by the administrator. After the approval it will be activated.

To qualify as a Studio on TarotAndAstrology.com, you must actively manage a minimum of three (3) readers. All readers associated with the Studio must be active and working on the platform on a monthly basis.
Readers working under a Studio arrangement must receive no less than fifty percent (50%) of the fees collected for their services through the platform.
Studios may provide facilities, equipment, technical assistance, training, promotion, scheduling, or other support services to their readers. Any agreements, fees, rental arrangements, service contracts, or other business relationships between a Studio and its readers are strictly independent of TarotAndAstrology.com.
TarotAndAstrology.com is not a party to any agreement between a Studio and a reader, does not guarantee the terms of such agreements, and is not responsible for disputes, obligations, payments, services, facilities, or arrangements made outside of the platform. The only obligations authorized and guaranteed by TarotAndAstrology.com are those provided through the platform itself and governed by its published policies and terms of service.
TarotAndAstrology.com reserves the right to review Studio status and reader activity to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Q: Does TarotAndAstrology.com approve or guarantee agreements between Studios and readers?
No. Any agreement between a Studio owner, manager, podcasting studio, broadcast facility, or third party and a reader is a private arrangement between those parties. TarotAndAstrology.com does not negotiate, approve, guarantee, monitor, or enforce such agreements and is not responsible for any disputes or obligations arising from them. Readers and Studios should clearly document any outside arrangements independently.
These are the spaces in your reader account. Start with the four joining steps. Payee Info is also required before starting live. The other pages let you manage your profile, explore membership tools, and create content. Opening a setup page does not by itself start a paid subscription.
Create your reader login and enter the contact details used for your account. Use an email address you can access, and keep your login private. This page starts your application; it does not make your reader profile live by itself.
Enter your accurate name, current address, and other details requested on the form. Canadian readers must complete the applicable taxpayer ID field. This information supports account and payout administration, so review it before saving. If your details change, return to this page and update them.
Choose Didit or Stripe Identity; only one successful live check is required. Have a valid government-issued photo ID and a phone or device with a camera. Follow the provider's prompts to photograph your document and take a selfie. Readers must be at least 18. When the provider finishes, return to the reader page and wait for our site to confirm the result. A green Completed label means this step is complete. If the result needs review, follow the message on that page before trying another paid check.
Describe the readings you offer. Choose your main category and languages, add relevant specialties, and explain your reading style and expertise in your own words. The age field shown here is a public-facing profile setting; it does not replace the identity and age check. Complete the fields marked as required, then save the page.
Complete this required setup page before starting live. Use it for the details needed to receive reader payouts. Check that the payee information is accurate and belongs to you or your authorized business. This page is separate from the customer's payment checkout and from the ID verification provider.
Choose locations whose visitors you do not want to reach through your reader account. Review the choices carefully because blocking a location can reduce who can find or contact you. This preference does not change your legal residence, tax details, or age-verification requirement.
This page shows your reader membership and the available Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages. Every reader starts in Bronze, the free tier. You can expand your tool list by joining a paid membership. Silver adds generated audio, more written drafts and images, and short promotional video. Gold adds reading avatar video, more audio and media, and higher allowances. Platinum adds the highest allowances plus a template-based reader website and branded email setup. Compare the reader package table before choosing; selecting a preferred tier alone does not start a subscription. Paid enrollment uses a separate checkout and activates after payment verification.
Review the AI options available to your reader account and the preferences for assisted content. AI tools support your work; you remain responsible for checking and approving anything you publish or deliver. Your available generations depend on your reader package.
Prepare an assisted reading for an existing registered customer. Start a draft, read and correct it, then choose only the media types included in your package. Review the result before approving a private delivery link. The written draft is a starting point, and this workspace does not calculate a personal birth chart.
Draft content to promote your reader profile on your own social accounts. Enter a topic, review and correct the message, optionally create package-included media, approve it, then download it. The studio does not automatically post to social networks. Media generation uses the allowances shown in your package.
Every reader starts in Bronze. The published free package includes 30 written drafts per 30 days, one complimentary branded still image per reader in total, and 100 MB of private media storage. Generated audio and avatar video are not included in Bronze. A reader still needs an approved profile before using generation tools. The package comparison has the current allowances and paid options.
If a page says an allowance is unavailable, check your package before generating media. You can still use the ordinary profile and setup pages without buying a reader package.
Didit checks a government-issued ID, verifies age, and matches a selfie to the document. The available document types can vary by country and subtype. Only one approved provider check is required for reader signup.
