Q: Do I need a cam to talk to the readers in a chat room?

It is not necessary to have a cam just for talking. However if you do have it you may interact with the reader for a better experience.

Use the "reset password" form. Use the email you wrote in the field during the registration and you will get the information sent to your e-mail address.

You may do this on the Add Funds page.

Yes you will need a webcam or phone with a webcam as well as an internet connection. For complete details regarding setting up your system please refer to our Reader "How to" documents located on the Reader profile page.

Q: I would like to register on the site as a reader How can I do that?

Please fill in the registration form, then fill in the fields of your profile, upload your headshot and any other promotional pictures and finish the registration.
The account of each reader will be vetted and verified by the administrator. After the approval process your account will be activated.

Q: Can I use OBS and WebRTC/browser camera at the same time?

\n\\n

No. Please use only one broadcast method at a time.

\n\\n

If you are broadcasting with OBS/RTMP, OBS may take control of your camera or video source. In that case, the browser/WebRTC camera option may appear offline or unavailable. This is expected.

\n\\n

If you want to broadcast directly from your browser using WebRTC, close OBS or make sure OBS is not using the same camera/video source, then refresh the broadcast page and start the browser camera broadcast.

Simple rule:

• Use OBS/RTMP when you want to stream through OBS.

• Use WebRTC/browser camera when you want to broadcast directly from your browser.

• Do not try to use both at the same time with the same camera.

Q: I want to register on your site as a Reader manager. How can I do this?

Do you have Readers that you would like to register and manage on our web site or your own web site. Please apply and fill out the registration form as a Studio on the Studio manager page located at the bottom of the home page. 
The account of each manager will be checked by the administrator. After the approval it will be activated.

Q: What are the requirements to qualify as a Studio?

To qualify as a Studio on TarotAndAstrology.com, you must actively manage a minimum of three (3) readers. All readers associated with the Studio must be active and working on the platform on a monthly basis.

Readers working under a Studio arrangement must receive no less than fifty percent (50%) of the fees collected for their services through the platform.

\n

Studios may provide facilities, equipment, technical assistance, training, promotion, scheduling, or other support services to their readers. Any agreements, fees, rental arrangements, service contracts, or other business relationships between a Studio and its readers are strictly independent of TarotAndAstrology.com.

TarotAndAstrology.com is not a party to any agreement between a Studio and a reader, does not guarantee the terms of such agreements, and is not responsible for disputes, obligations, payments, services, facilities, or arrangements made outside of the platform. The only obligations authorized and guaranteed by TarotAndAstrology.com are those provided through the platform itself and governed by its published policies and terms of service.

TarotAndAstrology.com reserves the right to review Studio status and reader activity to ensure compliance with platform policies.

Q: Does TarotAndAstrology.com approve or guarantee agreements between Studios and readers?

\n

No. Any agreement between a Studio owner, manager, podcasting studio, broadcast facility, or third party and a reader is a private arrangement between those parties. TarotAndAstrology.com does not negotiate, approve, guarantee, monitor, or enforce such agreements and is not responsible for any disputes or obligations arising from them. Readers and Studios should clearly document any outside arrangements independently.
