If you are registered, you may do the following:

- get notifications to your e-mail when your favorite reader is online.
- renew your account and check the chat history.
Q: Do I need a cam to talk to the readers in a chat room?
It is not necessary to have a cam just for talking. However if you do have it you may interact with the reader for a better experience.
Q: I just registered. How can I access my profile/account?
Use the login form
Q: I just registered but completely forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Use the "reset password" form. You should remember the email you wrote in the field during the registration and you will get the information right on your address.
Q: I want to get a Private Reading but the system says I have no credits in my account. How can I add credits?
You may do this on the Add Funds page.
Q: I have got a problem which I can not solve even after reading the FAQ. Whom shall I write to get the answers?

Q: Do I need a webcam to become a reader on the site?
Yes you will need a webcam or phone with a webcam as well as a internet connection. For complete details regarding setting up your system please refer to our Reader "How to" documents located on the Reader profile page.
Q: I would like to register on the site as a reader How can I do that?
Please fill in the registration form, then fill in the fields of your profile, upload your headshot and any other promotional pictures and finish the registration.
The account of each reader will be vetted and verified by the administrator. After the approval process your account will be activated.
Q: How can I log in my to my Reader account?
Use the Reader link at the bottom of the page. (http://live.tarotandastrology.com)
Q: I forgot my reader password. What should I do?
Use the "forgot password" form.
Q: What are some of the tools we offer to help make money?

Q: I want to register on your site as a Reader manager. How can I do this?
Do you have Readers that you would like to register and manage on our web site or your own web site. Please apply and fill out the registration form as a Studio on the Studio manager page located at the bottom of the home page.
The account of each manager will be checked by the administrator. After the approval it will be activated.
Q: How can I log in to my manager account?
Goto the home page and click the Studios button at the bottom of the page.
